BOQ item search across Karnataka government tenders
Search the material you supply, find the tenders that need it.
A tender's title says "improvement of road"; its bill of quantities says 1,200 metres of RCC pipe, 40 tonnes of steel and a culvert. BiddingView indexes the BOQ of every live KPPP tender, more than 5.8 lakh line items, so you can search what is actually being bought.
How BOQ search works
- Type a material, an item of work or a specification: "GSB", "DI pipe 300 mm", "solar street light", "borewell".
- Results show the tender and, under it, the exact BOQ line that matched, with its quantity and unit, so you can see the size of the work before opening anything.
- Filter the matches by department, district, estimate band or closing date, the same filters as the main tender list.
- Open the tender for the full BOQ, the documents, the eligibility and, on Pro, who usually wins this department's work at this size.
Why the BOQ, not the title
Karnataka departments name tenders after the place and the purpose, not the materials. A supplier searching titles for "bitumen" finds a handful of tenders; searching the BOQ finds every road that will be laid. The bill of quantities is the only document that says what the government is buying, and it is the one no portal search reads.
