Delivery Policy

BiddingView is an online service. Pro is not a physical product, and nothing is sent by post or courier.

• Pro is applied to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a minute of approving the mandate on this website, or of buying it in the iPhone app.
• It appears on the website and in both apps wherever you sign in with that account. There is nothing to download or restore.
• The GST tax invoice is emailed to the address on your account and kept under Account → Billing & invoices.

If Pro has not appeared within an hour of a successful payment, write to support@biddingview.com with the date and amount, and we will apply it or refund the charge in full.
