BiddingView aggregates Karnataka Public Procurement Portal (KPPP) tender data. It is sourced from the public KPPP feed; we structure and index it for search and analysis, and add tools contractors use around it (BOQ search, letters, alerts, a contract book). We do not originate any of it and cannot correct errors at source — the official document on the portal is the one that binds.

• You give us a name, email address, phone number, and password.
• We confirm your phone number with a one-time code before issuing a session token (JWT). You can confirm your email address the same way from your account page.
• Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt — we never see your plaintext password.
• The Android app is free to use and sells nothing; an account is required so your work follows you between the phone and this site.
• You can delete your account, and everything in it, from the app or by emailing us — see the privacy policy.

• Free is a plan, not a trial. Search, tender details, BOQ keyword search and the KTPP paperwork tools stay available on a free account, with daily and monthly limits. Pro lifts those limits and adds the rest.
• The seven-day free trial takes no card. It gives you Pro, and it ends by itself — a trial never turns into a paid subscription on its own.
• Pro is ₹999 a month plus GST at 18%, so each monthly charge is ₹1,178.82 — or ₹9,999 a year plus GST, charged as ₹11,798.82 once a year. It is the one paid plan on sale, billed monthly or yearly. A subscription bought before 24 September 2026, at the earlier prices, keeps full Pro until the end of the period already paid for and is then not renewed; we email you before it ends so you can subscribe at the current price.
• Plans are bought on this website only. The Android app does not sell anything and never charges you.
• Razorpay takes the payment. Your card or UPI details go to Razorpay directly — we never receive or store them. The amount and the billing period are shown before you approve the mandate.
• A paid plan renews automatically until you cancel it. The UPI AutoPay or card mandate you approve at checkout is what authorises each renewal at the price you approved, GST included.
• Cancel any time, from Account → Plan. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep everything the plan gave you until the end of the period you have already paid for — nothing is cut off on the day you cancel.
• Part-used periods are not refunded, because cancelling already leaves you with what you paid for. If you were charged in error, or charged after cancelling, write to us and we will put it right.
• If a price changes, we tell you by email before it applies to your subscription, in time to cancel before the next renewal. All prices are in Indian rupees.
• Your own records are yours. Contracts, bills, documents and photographs you have already saved stay readable and deletable if a subscription lapses — a plan gates what you can create, never your access to what you have.

• Email: account login, password reset, and product emails (tender alerts you asked for). We don't send marketing without your consent.
• Phone: used to reach you about your account. Never shown publicly and never shared with third parties.
• Saved tenders, alerts, profile: stored on our servers (AWS Mumbai) so your work follows your account across devices.
• Analytics: we collect anonymous page-view data for product decisions. No third-party trackers as of today.

We mirror KPPP. We update every 30 minutes. If KPPP publishes an error, we may carry that error until they correct it. Always verify critical details (EMD amount, closing date, document list) against the original KPPP listing before bidding.

• Sell your data to anyone.
• Display your phone or email publicly on the site.
• Charge you anything you have not approved. A paid plan renews on the mandate you set up at checkout and nowhere else — see Paying for BiddingView above, including how to stop it.
