Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026 · Applies to biddingview.com and the BiddingView mobile app.
Cancelling
- On the website: Account → Plan → Cancel subscription. Two clicks, no call, no form.
- Bought in the iPhone app: cancel in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple runs those subscriptions; we cannot cancel them for you.
- Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep Pro to the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. Nothing you saved is deleted.
- Deleting your account cancels a website subscription at once.
Refunds
- Part-used periods are not refunded. Cancelling already leaves you with what you paid for, to the end of the period.
- A charge made in error is refunded in full — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge at a price other than the one you approved.
- If we remove something a paid plan includes, or close a paid account through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of the period.
- A payment that failed but was debited is normally reversed by your bank or UPI app on its own within a few working days. If it is not, write to us.
- App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by us: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How to ask, and how long it takes
- Write to support@biddingview.com from the email address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge and, if you have it, the payment reference from the receipt.
- We reply within two working days, and if the refund is due we start it then.
- Razorpay returns the money to the card, bank account or UPI ID you paid with, usually within 5 to 7 working days of our starting it; your bank decides when it shows on your statement.
